1) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.

2) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order.

4) Products, Artwork, and Availability

  • All artwork listings are subject to availability.
  • We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or change product details at any time.
  • Artwork may vary slightly in appearance due to lighting, display settings, and photography.
  • If you purchase original art, you acknowledge that it may have natural variations, texture, and minor imperfections
    consistent with handmade work.

5) Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

  • Prices are shown in [USD] unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Taxes and shipping fees (if any) are added at checkout.
  • Payments are processed through third-party processors (example: Stripe, PayPal). We don’t store full payment card
    details.

6) Orders and Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to purchase.
  • We may accept, reject, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or
    inventory issues.
  • If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.

7) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Estimated shipping times are not guarantees.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you when the order is delivered to the carrier (unless your local law says otherwise).
  • If a package is marked delivered but missing, you agree to contact the carrier and provide any required info for a
    claim. We’ll reasonably assist, but we’re not responsible for carrier theft or delivery errors outside our control.

8) Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return Policy: All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged/Incorrect Items:

  • Notify us within [48/72] hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
  • If approved, we may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

9) Cancellations

If you request a cancellation, contact us ASAP. If the order has already shipped or entered production (prints, made-to-order, commissions), cancellation may not be possible.

10) Intellectual Property and Image Use

All Site content (including artwork images, photos, text, graphics, and branding) is owned by Redideo Artworks or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright.

Unless we provide written permission, you may not:

  • reproduce, distribute, or sell copies of the artwork
  • use artwork images for commercial purposes
  • mint, tokenize, or create NFTs from the artwork
  • remove watermarks or metadata from images

You may share images from the Site on social media only if you credit Redideo Artworks and link back to the Site, and you don’t use the image commercially.

13) Limited License to Use the Site

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial browsing and shopping, as long as you follow these Terms.

14) User Content (reviews, comments, uploads)

If you post reviews or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for Site operation and marketing. You confirm you own what you post and it doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights.

15) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • violate laws or third-party rights
  • attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or overload the Site
  • use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
  • impersonate others or provide false information
  • use the Site content for commercial purposes without permission

16) Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

17) Disclaimers

The Site and all products/services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

18) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Redideo Artworks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Some states don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

19) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Redideo Artworks from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights.

20) Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, contact us at: info at redideo dot art with:

  • your contact info
  • identification of the copyrighted work
  • the URL or description of the allegedly infringing content
  • a statement you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
  • a statement under penalty of perjury your notice is accurate
  • your signature (physical or electronic)

21) Privacy

22) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless your local law requires otherwise.

23) Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

24) Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any policies referenced (like the Privacy Policy), are the entire agreement between you and Redideo Art regarding the Site.
